Mr. Horwitz coordinates deal flow, analysis and staff activity. He has started and managed numerous ventures, including: a financial services company serving medical and allied health professionals, national and international restaurant chains, and a direct-selling women’s apparel company.
Mr. Horwitz has served as a director and trustee of numerous civic and performing arts organizations and has served on the National Endowment for the Arts. His entrepreneurial endeavors include: re-establishing U.S. commerce with The People’s Republic of China in 1971 and an attempt to purchase the Berlin Wall in 1989.
He is also an Associate Professor of Entrepreneurship and Management at the University of Cincinnati College of Business and a faculty member at Thomas More College in Kentucky. Mr. Horwitz has a BA degree in Foreign Affairs from U.C. and an MBA from the Harvard Business School in Finance and Marketing. He is married with four children.
